Need to make a change on your policy?
You can make changes on your existing policies and obtain quotations for vehicles you may be considering by contacting us with all the pertinent information. However, keep this important message in mind:
No coverage is bound or effective when submitted by e-mail, fax or voice-mail until that coverage has been confirmed by an agent of North Idaho Insurance.
The reason for that is because it may be several hours or even a couple of days (on a weekend or holiday) before an agent sees your message, depending on when you send it. Once we receive the request, we will work as fast as possible to prepare the quotation or make the change and will contact you with confirmation when we are finished. Be sure to include your phone numbers, including cell phone if appropriate, so we can contact you with any questions we might have about your request.

Commercial clients may request Liability Certificates by contacting us with the name and mailing address of the person or company requesting the Certificate. We will be happy to fax or e-mail the Certificate, but will still must have the mailing address for our records.
